AML/ATF Compliance Program
Everpro Go Inc. operates a risk-based Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Anti-Terrorist Financing (ATF) compliance program as required of registered Canadian Money Services Businesses. The program is designed to deter and detect illicit financial activity while meeting our obligations to FINTRAC.
Customer due diligence (KYC / KYB)
We verify the identity of our customers and beneficial owners before providing services, using risk-based standards aligned with FINTRAC requirements.
Sanctions and PEP screening
Transactions and parties are screened against applicable sanctions lists and politically exposed persons (PEP) databases.
Transaction monitoring
Activity is monitored for patterns that may indicate money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit behaviour, and escalated for review.
Suspicious transaction reporting
Where required, we file suspicious transaction reports and other prescribed reports with FINTRAC.
Record keeping
We retain records of identity verification, transactions, and compliance activity for the periods required by Canadian law.
Ongoing training and governance
A designated compliance officer oversees the program, and staff receive regular AML/ATF training.
